On the occasion of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, the Qatar Central Bank, in cooperation with the German company MDM, which holds the FIFA license to mint commemorative coins, is pleased to announce the launch of the commemorative coinage program, which includes 24 legal tender commemorative coins that will be offered for sale in two phases and will be available throughout the world, in addition to the local market in the State of Qatar, on the occasion of the organization of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
