The postal service issues a commemorative stamp for the Dakar Rally

The Saudi Post Corporation issued a postage stamp of (3 riyals) and a postcard of (5 riyals) for “Dakar Saudi Arabia”, which is receiving international attention and with the participation of a number of drivers at the global level. The issuance of the stamp coincides with the approaching launch of its second edition in Saudi Arabia during next January. This stamp embodies the global sporting event, which is considered one of the most exciting and challenging races in the world.
The Postal Corporation issues postage stamps periodically and quarterly on national and religious occasions, holidays, Hajj seasons, major meetings and conferences at the level of Islamic, Arab and Gulf summits, as well as national cultural, artistic and sports events, to highlight the various national achievements in all fields.
