Inclusive Numismatic Diploma – Online

It is a specialized diploma under the supervision and delivery of Dr. Almoatzbellah Elshahawi entitled “Inclusive Numismatic Diploma” (Online), that delivered in English, and organized by the Arab Collector.

Audience

Archeologists, numismatists, conservators, historians, curators, and collectors

Diploma's Objective:

• Highlight the significant of coins in history;
  

  

• Elucidate the information derived from coins across various streams of history ie fashion, politics, economy, religion, culture, technology, and trade; 
• Introduce participants to numismatic methodologies such as numismatic type continuity, provenance study, dies and hoard studies;
• Introduce participants to scientific methodology of the conservation of ancient coinage;
• Highlight the detecting methods of coins counterfeit and verifying their authenticity;
• Hands on where participants would handle replica coins;
• Introduce participants to scientific methods of the grading of ancient and modern coinage;
• Introduce participants to the causes of minting errors, classification and types.

Inclusive Numismatic Diploma

• The Inclusive Numismatic Diploma is 35 hours divided over 20 days, and includes 10 advanced modules.
• You can participate in the entire diploma or choose one or/and more modules.
• The course starts on September 7, 2024. “There is also flexibility in terms of scheduling times and dates“.
• The diploma will be held remotely via Zoom platform on and Saturdays, and Sundays.
• The trainee will receive an electronic certificate from The Arab Collector for each module, and in case of attending the entire diploma, a certificate will also be issued for the diploma.
• The fees include the scientific material, recorded lectures, and issuance of the certificate.
• A special discount for anyone who attends the entire diploma (explained below).
• You can pay for each module separately or pay for the entire diploma.
