It is a complete collection that includes many banknotes with high ratings. Mr. Hassan began building his collection in 2010 after he bought a one-lira note on eBay that he had used when he was young.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Over the years, he continued to add many banknotes to his collection and became a regular attendee at international auction houses. One collector, known as Empty Quarter, has amassed a collection. <a href=\"https:\/\/notes.www.collectors-society.com\/registry\/notes\/SetGallery.aspx?PeopleSetID=34769&amp;SelectedTab=Gallery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">group<\/a> The complete banknotes began in 1973.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">The amateur, after whom the Empty Quarter is named, worked as a petroleum engineer in Saudi Arabia for 25 years.
