class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Printing banknotes involves complex and precise steps. This process is attributed to skilled engineers and craftsmen who operate large printing presses for long and arduous hours to print paper money in large bundles. These bundles are then cut using a special machine resembling a guillotine and distributed to banks. Special papers made of cotton or other materials are used. <a href=\"https:\/\/arabcollector.com\/en\/the-history-of-polymer-banknotes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-abc=\"true\">polymer<\/a> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-279876 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/pub-8c6367eeb78947fb9a67f9647334fc7f.r2.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/banknote-printing-Mobile.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"412\" height=\"232\">Special inks are used for printing to prevent counterfeiting of those currencies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">The printing process takes place in two stages:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">1- Offset Printing: This is a process that takes place by using large printing machines to print the background image of the banknote on both sides, and through this process the security patterns found on the background of the banknote are printed.<br>2- Intaglio Printing: In this stage, the images and designs are printed on both sides of the paper.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">To prepare for the intaglio printing process, a template with the banknote&#039;s design must be polished using a reverse or negative method. It appears that the method of printing Palestinian banknotes at that time used the traditional method of printing postcards at that time, as negative templates made of transparent acetate sheets have recently appeared in auction houses.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%D9%85%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%AF_%D8%B3%D8%A8%D9%8A%D9%86%D9%83_%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85_2023_%D8%B1%D9%82%D9%85_381\"><\/span>Spink Auction 2023 No. 381<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n<p dir=\"rtl\">On January 13, 2023, a number of distinctive pieces of negatives were offered in lot number 315 of the Spink International Banknote Auction held in New York City. <a href=\"https:\/\/live.spink.com\/auctions\/4-8GHRLT\/381-world-banknotes-at-ny-inc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-abc=\"true\">381<\/a> Copies of reverse molds of transparent acetate banknotes were displayed, although these pieces were sold in April 2013, but this time those pieces witnessed different prices than they were sold for 10 years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
