The one-ounce silver coins are currently in production and will be available for delivery in July. The 5,000 CFA franc coins are crafted from .999 silver with a black finish. Each coin features the virus in color, while the reverse depicts the Chadian national emblem. Each coin portrays different variations of the virus in color, and the series includes four different reverse designs: Pandemic, Outbreak, Mutation, and Quarantine. The coins feature a three-dimensional design and are presented individually in a fully polished acrylic capsule shaped like a tube, allowing for viewing from all sides.
